What to expect if things don’t work out.

Because we offer a comprehensive 24-hour free trial with unlimited access to all content, we encourage all customers to “try before you buy” to ensure our service meets your expectations and works with your home setup.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
- Request within 7 days of purchase
- You contacted support first and we couldn’t fix the issue
- The problem is on our end, not your internet or device
2. When We Can't Refund
We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:
- 1-month plans (non-refundable)
- Renewals (by renewing, you confirmed the service works for you)
- Issues caused by slow internet, ISP blocking, or device problems
- Temporary channel changes (normal maintenance)
- Account suspended for using more devices than allowed
3. How Refunds Work
- Payment processing fees are deducted from the refund amount
- Crypto refunds are based on USD value at time of refund
- Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
